I've been looking at Extreme Couponing and I am puzzled :o

I see there is an offer on there for a grant for solar panels but surely there is a catch. You can't get free solar panels, can you? I hope not, my sister bought hers

You can get free solar panels we have them . Our monthly direct debit for gas and electricity has gone down from £34 a month to £11 :)

    Good Morning all :)

    Morning

Do you find you keep saying thank you to the person who sticks the needle in you? It's something I've noticed about myself lately :o ingrown politeness. Someone comes along and stabs you and steals some of your bodily fluid......and you thank them  :D :rotfl:

It's dry ish this morning so we are off to the beach. I have 2 takers this morning. Ds2 and we are picking OH up on the way. That's quite nice for Ds2. He usually just has to put up with me. Hope your blood tests bring good results :A

    That's so true!

Yes I am super polite, even when I've been crying in pain and they do something I really hate like ram a needle into my cannula, I always say thank you. :rotfl:

Blood test man not been, there is some suggestion we might get a reprieve today. How nice. :)

Cannula gone now as am on oral antibiotics, but I'm going to have to speak to them before my next op as I'm becoming phobic of them. My veins are just so collapsed now they really struggle to get them in, and they are failing really fast which means it really hurts to put the meds in, which means they have to change it. As soon as those words are uttered I'm bursting into tears, and getting very anxious about it.

There are some more permanent solutions, I just don't know if they'll consider it. Not ideal, but I can't carry on like this, and it will be a massive source of worry about the next op. :o
  • Mr sunshine has appeared after the torrential downpour we had yesterday:eek: so I think it's a garden morning:)

Had a baking morning yesterday, Nutella cookies and cheese straws... The kitchen was  when the monkeys had finished:rotfl:

We watched the new fast and furious 7 last night, so, so sad but a good movie...

Have a lovely day what ever you are doing....:)

One bit of advice on free solar panels. there are many threads on the house buying board about issues when selling. The lease the solar company takes on your roof to install the panels can cause problems, that mortgage companies become wary.
