Ah, but isn't failure to disclose a form of mis-selling? If I am mis-sold I certainly have a claim.
It doesn't matter whether or not you were mis-sold - other than maybe trading standards or some such body wishes to prosecute them.
If you suffered no loss, what are you wanting to claim for?
Even if it is proved that they have done wrong, they owe you nothing except an apology for not informing you correctly.0
