insurance....car park/private parking

    You need to have your argument with your insurer, pointless arguing here!


    Your OP says they want to void your claim - have they actually said that? Is your insurance still continuing?

    never wanted an arguement here was simply looking for some advice
    the underwriters of the insurance want images of where i park to decide what they class it as
    it was my understanding that when you take out insurance you answer all questions "to the best of your ability" and i believe its private?

    Your best bet is to answer the questions they're currently asking you truthfully.

    They will investigate the matter and report back to you.

    I doubt they will void the policy but are more likely to change the premium to the correct amount you should have paid.

    If they do void the policy (I doubt they will), come back and ask for further advice.

    Until they've made a decision, anything else is just speculation.

    thank you for the response.Checked and it is the same price premium for public car park as it is private(strange i know)
