insurance....car park/private parking

    Is this the same accident that your insurer had already authorised repairs on? And gone from being hit at 35mph to 50mph?

    Yup,was told by the second body shop he must have hit me at over 40 probably 45-50,the 35 was just a guess as I never saw him coming

    Not the greatest Insurer by a long way.

    Have they told you they're likely to void the cover or are they investigating the situation?

    If they had authorised the repairs back then, then surely its been fixed and sorted by now?

    Was also told by body shop there was damage underneath that the first body shop hadnt picked up

    Was written off when I took it to the Vauxhall body shop due to the reason above

    That does sound very like a carpark, rather than on your own private land.

    It's not a public car park tho as I own the parking space,the only options were public carpark or private
