Had windscreen replaced by autoglass. Discovered a scratch on the inside, phoned them up and they replaced the screen no quibbles. Just wasn't impressed as they made me wait 14 days for the first appointment and had to drive around with a big crack in my windscreen but they fitted the warranty replacement screen within 7 days.0

We've just had an awful experience with Autoglass and their failure to keep appointments. Several friends have suffered the same fate too. Seems they were once a reasonable company but have now gone downhill rapidly following the disposal of many of their depots. They simply cannot cope.
