Given the multi-talented Mr Busch is known to send out-of-time paperwork it is best to check and if there is no Keeper Liability, then complain to Trading Standards and the DVLA.

A small driveway out the front and a 120ft garden out the back with three chickens. I think those chickens will be getting some tickets stuck to them

So they want their cake and to eat it ! They are using contract law ( i.e. you are allowed to park there if you pay the agreed fee ) AND want to do you for trespass.
