Also, this office starts really late! Technically our hours are 9-5.30 but in the office I'm based in we're usually there by 8. Would much rather start earlier and get home earlier. I've been here 15 mins already and there's not a sign of the people I'm supposed to be meeting - am just glad someone had unlocked the building!

Someone calm me down before I break something
I ran out of Meds last night (yes im getting them later) so ive had 4 hours sleep. Spent most of the night worrying and trying to deal with racing thoughts and bad thoughts. Got up to go the the drop in clinic to get my injection, website states it opens at half 8 so I gigured I go for opening, get seen then come home and try to sleep till my smear test. Wrong. Got there to be told that I wouldn't get seen till 10:50! I asked how all the appointments had gone so quick when they had only just opened and got tod they opened at 8:15!! if the website had stated that Id have been there then and wouldn't have to wait over 2 hours whih obviously now means my chances of sleep before the smear test are practically zero. So I'll just end up panicking for a few hours.
So !!!!ing !!!!ed off right now  lack of sleep and lack of meds really isn't helping. Ive come back home because I left without my purse thinking if be in and out. Now I'm going to quietly fume for the next hour. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Best wishes MU and tea and anyone else with scary things coming up
I had my dressings off and stitches out on Friday and the nurse said a couple of them were infected, so she cleaned them up and redressed them and asked me to come back in yesterday. Then over the weekend one of the other wounds that wasn't infected decided to split so I had to stick a big plaster on it (this is the limit of my abilitiy in self treatment and diagnosis). Anyway, I ended up seeing the GP rather than the nurse and she said they were healing OK and the infection was going down on its own, so no antibiotics needed. That was something of a relief as the one that split looked like a crater  . No results from the biopsies yet, but I'm not stressed about it

Afternoon All,
Good luck with stressy/scary things for those who need it and, Ono, I'm glad things are healing up without the need for antibiotics.
There were loads more posts that I was intending to reply to but, having caught up on a whole weekend's worth, it's all a bit jumbled. Hugs and squishes to all who want/need them.
If anyone needs me, I'll be curled up asleep somewhere. I had a really good weekend away with the girls but, having drunk more alcohol in three days than I'd normally get through in a month, I'm slightly broken now and just want to sleep. Best I perk myself up for tonight as, having left him to fend for himself for a few days, OH and I are going out for payday/I'm home dinner.0
