I find it fascinating too. I have a book on dreams somewhere. Did you google your dream on volcanos? I just did and found this link http://www.auntyflo.com/dream-dictionary/volcano and it's actually really interesting and perhaps quite relevant to what you've been going (and are still going) through lately.

Is it a job you'd actually want? Is it a sensible distance from home? Decent pay and hours? If it's something you'd consider taking then I'd go. But if it's a non-starter just say you can't make it - it's not as if you need the interview experience, you're an absolute star at getting them!

It's coven commute from Minworth so not as bad as could be.
Pay is fab
Clear plan to be regional in 2 years.

I think you should go. Although there may be jobs you'd prefer it's always worth having a back up and, if it could mean moving once you're settled in the job, that could be a good thing too.
