The photo is easy. Quick selfie and you're done. I recommend writing the profile under the influence of alcohol. Then you see someone you like the look of and send a message which doesn't just say hi, ask for sex or contain a photo of your penis. Easy.

In fact, I'm sure someone in here can write a profile for you that will bring the ladies flocking.

You reminded me that my phone, which I put on silent because I went to AmDraM, is still in my AmDram bag and still on silent, so if I've received a text I won't have seen it, and it's been 6 hours!

Now, re. the Glucosamine........it's not a painkiller or an anti-inflammatory. It's a precursor used by the body in making and repairing joint cartilage. Where the cartilage had mild to moderate degeneration, it can help to repair some or all of it. You have to take it for at least 3months to notice any effect, and then continue taking it at a lower, maintenance dose.
What you can do after several months is stop it and see if your joint function worsens again. This is because the effect is very subtle.
I did this with my dog and she stiffened up again, so I restarted it, and she became sprightly again! All over several months.

Hubby did me a photobook of Escapette for my birthday, it's lovely.
Makes me feel even worse for accidentally cutting her finger last night when I did her nails though. Don't know who cried most, me or her.

I used glucosamine with my previous dog, he had high strength injections which worked wonders. I wonder if humans can get injections of it
