Well I think I'd rather have you come down here so that's no incentive :rotfl:.
I genuinely will contact him this evening.0 -

Do I get the feeling tea needs to send a text? Just asking?
Big hugs HBS, so sorry to hear. Be gentle with yourself today.
I am sorry about how you received your windfall ono, but yay, a holiday! How exciting! Aren't you suppose to say something about denying turtles when you go on holiday?
I would be cross at the company too, code! I really hope you hear soon so at least the worry stops.
How are you feeling today, Pyxis? any better?
That recipe looks amazing, JM! Lucee wants it NOW! Help me.
I am out of the fort, whitewing! Not the shoe horn! I have an old wooden shoe horn, I never use it but as you can't buy them anymore I am scared to get rid of it just in case.
I have decided that for today I will not panic! Tomorrow I may panic but not today! I am going to colour pretty pictures instead.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Another panic stricken phone call from ER relatives.
Despite ER now being immobile, incontinent and still extremely delusional, the children say they've now been told that ER has to be discharged home before support/residential care can be considered.
My response started with a b and ends with an ocks. With an oll in the middle. I'm not sure how much is the family misunderstanding what's been said (hospital wouldn't talk to me as I'm apparently not a close enough relative), but if they've understood correctly the misinformation coming from the hospital is very worrying. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Did someone mention that there was a text to be sent by a certain someone?!
Nice to get some money to treat yourself to a little trip Ono, shame about the circumstances thoughAlso, the worrying never stops. Been worried about my Mam today infact. She's usually bouncing about, very agile for mid 70's, but now her knees and hips are really playing up and she's in pain, alongside other things
Can't believe that company hasn't even contacted you yet code. It's bad form to keep people hanging, especially over Christmas.
That doesn't sound right at all elsien. I always thought things like that had to be organised before discharging patients.0 -
It's not right GeorgieGirl. But before I threaten the hospital with a safeguarding, I want to check the family haven't got completely got the wrong end of the stick. Which is quite possible. A combination of doctors chucking jargon/legalese around and a family who think doctors are god and are too scared to ask the questions they should be, or ask again if they don't understand - not a great mix.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
That is so rubbish elsien! I really hope it's just misunderstanding (not that that's an ideal thing to hope for, but you know what I mean). Are there other agencies you can ask for clarification?0
