    Hello all

    This is a fly in visit as as soon as I'm home im crawling back into bed :o had to be up early for my contraceptive injection, good news albeit not amazing news but apparently ive lost a kg since I last went, that's the second time I've been and not gained weight! Yay! Planning a huge health kick in January.
