  • Poor WaSp, he must be so bored, but it's for the best....tell him to settle himself! :rotfl: Do you have any board games you could both play as he can't access games on the laptop, or puzzles that he could do?

What happened in Paris is devastating but definitely not your fault WaS, just to reiterate what everyone else has said.

I appear to have lost Swain to Fallout 4 (computer game :p ), that said i enjoy watching him play it, he on the other hand probably isn't enjoying the fact that every 5 seconds i seem to be asking questions abut it (eg: "what's that?" "is that a zombie?" is that good or bad?" "have you saved it yet?" etc ) :rotfl:

I can forgive him though as he trekked out in the cold and rain to meet me at the bus stop last night, and told me he missed me within about 5 minutes of me leaving today :o

Work went ok on yesterday, though i as sweating somewhat in the onesie! Pleased to report Greggs raised £802,036 for Children In Need feel proud to be a part of that, , and i gave my Pudsey Ears to a little girl, we'd sold out but i had a pair i'd bought so gave her them :)

  • Don't worry WaS, even if you had penguined I would still read it because I am my own worst enemy when it comes to things like that! I don't do feet, teeth or eyeballs. There isn't much about the human body that doesn't make me feel icky come to think of it. Maybe its a good job I cant afford to do nursing training!

I feel your pain MU. Hubby tidied the desk that has disappeared under junk the other day. I thought it was because I had nagged about it, but it turns out it was so he has more space to play Fallout 4!

    faerielight,

    ...wondering how you are?
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

Bloody men and their video games! :p

I don't actually mind him playing it, i distracted him long enough yesterday for erm....other "activities" :rotfl: Like i said i quite like watching him playing it (often whilst playing with his hair :o )

  • *hugs for all who need them*

Romantic stress seems to be down, but it'll take a long time to settle to a reasonable stress level consistently. I'm avoiding all the details of the Paris attack - I know the same in happening in so many places that acknowledging one because it's closer to us feels wrong. And I cannot currently deal with the extent of it.

I've cut down to 1 tramadol for the last 2 night doses, taken 2 tonight as I'm v sore and v drained. Also got my flu jab today. Was wonderful to wander round town with the bf, and fantastic to be well enough to do so :D
:AStarting again on my own this time!! - Defective flylady! :A
  • The weather is atrocious here. The next town down from us about 10 minutes away is on the highest flood warning and they've had to evacuate hundreds into the local academy. :(

If the weather is bad where you are, stay in and stay safe.
  • It's so windy here our power keeps cutting out.

Might have found a cure for the Fallout 4 addiction...!

Welly - also try little bolero cardigans, to go with suggested wrap dress. You can have two and easily change it out if it gets sicked on.

Lucky here I guess, weather is fine, hugs and squishes to all who have bad weather.

It was very windy last night and early this morning, but it seems to have calmed down now.
