Houston, we have a problem. I have a problem. I am suffering from what can only be described as 'fat splat' and I need your advice.

When I am jumping around in my exercise class, I wear loose trousers and my Gi. (I usually get muddled and refer to my Gi as a Gu, such is my unhealthy background). I have lost weight recently and have such a jelly belly. This slaps against me when I jump. I wouldn't mind nearly as much, if it weren't so loud! In fact, there are so many dangly bits that if I spin at all, my body is still moving half an hour later. So I need to buy some underwear that will hold me firmly in place that I can wear under my uniform that won't make me overheat and collapse in case I end up in hospital! Has anyone got any ideas? I am thinking tummy flattening knickers.

The overweight men that do the classes seem to wear their beer bellies over their belts so their clothes absorb the shock.

Or, is there such a thing as underwire underpants?

WaS, I think I am tipsy by association as this seems one of the funniest things ever. I will probably be mortified tomorrow and delete the post!

  • Aw, MU! Gentle hugs! Panic attacks are awful, I am so glad that the kind man was there for you. Go snuggle up and do something nice for yourself.

Nooo, if 1derwoman was into 1D she would be a Directioner, as opposed to a Belieber who are Justin fans. I used to work with teenagers, don't judge me!

Whitewing I wore medium control tights from Sainsbury's for my flights, to help circulation. They weren't uncomfortable at all. I found they also held my tummy in.

Might be too warm for you, though.

He'll be back, faerielight. Just give him some more time. He may just hide out for the night and then turn up tomorrow as though he's never been away, all grateful to have you again, and sheepish and pleased with himself for an adventurous evening. Scared? Who, moi? No, I just fancied an evening stroll? What do you mean, you were worried?
