    Had a horrific (by my standards) panic attack on the tram earlier :( my tram was out out of service and the whole tram full of people had to pile into the tram behind which was already full, I was squashed in and started feeling panicky and then it turned full blown panic attack, I started feeling faint and felt like I was dying, this wasn't helped by people who literally shoved me out of their way and stared at me :(

    But there was an elderly gentleman who came down and asked me if I was alright and told em to sit on his seat. He was so kind to me, he actually treated me like a human being. He stayed with me and was telling me how he'd had panic attacks before himself, he then walked me off the tram and made sure I was ok.

    I'm still reeling from the effects of having that level of meltdown in public :o but thankful that there are decent kind people in this world who don't judge those with MH problems.

    I'm now wondering where he's at. I'm thinking he's in my Mam's garage where anything I have no room for in my house gets [STRIKE]dumped[/STRIKE] placed!
