:rotfl:Teeth!!!!
I shove the duvet in to the cover corners and then work my way down.
Well, me too. But then you hold the duvet into the corners with two hands, and then, with your third hand.......... (or in my case, with one hand and one mouth)Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

Hi guys.. hope you're all doing ok, sorry I've not popped in to offer jaffa cakes recently, I'm still so depressed.. all of the low cost therapy places turned me down due to being too complex for trainee therapists, I knew they would once they heard what I've been through medically these last 4 years but I now have absolutely no mental health support options left.. I've been feeling so low I feel virtually catatonic.. I guess this state is better than the unrelenting anxiety but neither states are good.. My friends have all backed off again, I've not seen or talked to them for the last 3 weeks, I feel so lonely and hopeless .. I can't remember whether I posted this or not, I think I may have done.. that the incontinance team want me to go through 6 months of gruelling pelvic floor physio which sounds horrible, and then after I've had the abdo surgery, I'll go on the waiting list for pelvic floor surgery.. 2 surgeries ahead of me, it just feels like this medical negligence horror is never ending.. my mind still keeps going to the place of how the hell they could have got away with withholding an abdo CT scan on day 1 of my admission with the bowel perforation.. none of this damage would exist, my mind just cannot accept that all this could have been avoided if they had believed me and scanned me on day one.My mind is so incredulous still. Anyway, thank you guys for this safe space, I'm really grateful.. Jaffa cakes all round? Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE0

Good morning, faerie.
The pelvic floor physio will help a lot, I expect. (I'm paranoid about mine when I am doing my exercise - I started using tena lady - even though the woman in the advert irritates me intensely).:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. TURMERIC PREVENTS FEAR BEING STORED IN THE BRAIN, STUDY CLAIMS

A spice commonly used in curry could help erase bad memories, according to a study.
Curcumin, a bright-yellow compound found in the root of the Indian spice turmeric, prevented new fear memories being stored in the brain, and also removed pre-existing fear memories, researchers found.
It is hoped that the findings will help develop treatments for people suffering with psychological disorders.
Psychologists from the City University of New York trained rats to become scared when they heard a particular sound. Scientists assumed the creatures were frightened when they froze.
Hours later, when the same sound was played to the rats, those who had been given ordinary food froze.
Yet the rats fed the curcumin-rich diet didn’t freeze, suggesting their fearful memories had been erased.
Professor Glenn Schafe, who led the study, said: ‘This suggests that people suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and other psychological disorders that are characterised by fearful memories may benefit substantially from a curcumin-enriched diet.’

I failed. I did not shop and I did not yoga. Today I must shop otherwise my niece will have her card and gift late.
Ok, I'm positives I need some advice. I have lost weight, despite being a wee piggy for the past 2 weeks, I lost 2lbs. I am 6lbs off my next stone target and 2lbs off hitting a certain number of pounds. I am also poor as I have paid for house stuff and associated things like new curtains, a new dresser for the kitchen (it's so pretty) so I need ideas for treats for me. My size 16 skinny jeans are not so skinny anymore. I want to be a size 14 by Christmas (unlikely as my favourite thing to do from mid-December is watch cheesy movies on Christmas 24 and eat lebkuchen and pfefferneusse).
Hope everyone is well today and sending happy vibes.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
