    I am just a worrier.

well chaos has been and gone. One nephew was fast asleep in the car.

My brothers parting words was next time I leave the boys and take the rabbit and guinea pigs with us on holiday.

I feel a lot better for having spoken to someone.

Calley The only person I have spoken to in two days is the man in the corner shop so you are not on your own.The house seems very empty now my boys have left home and I am getting a bit worried how much time I spend online, nearly all my waking hours when I think about it,I do a lot of competitions which take time but never read a book like I used to.

I find that being online too much affects my concentration span. Books aren't so bad compared to the newspaper where I struggle to stick it to the end of the article. And whereas before I'd always pick up something to read, now it's automatically forums or social media.
Still trying to stick to the "not after 10pm" rule, or sleep goes well to pot.

How's your competition win rate? - mine is dire.

Slightly embarrassing question....does anyone know where i can get a decent sports bra? I've looked online but they don't seem to do many for *ahem* bigger boobed ladies.

I had a cheap one from sports direct but as i discovered last night i can only do 10 star jumps in it before the twins fall out and risk giving me a black eye :o

I need a new one before i even contemplate gong back to zumba :o

Shock absorbers go up to quite large sizes MU. You can get them pretty cheaply on fleabay. Failing that, sometimes if I can't find it, I wear 2 bras.

    Glad to hear it.

Yes I was told on monday could be for up to 4 weeks.

I asked on friday did they want me back monday and they said yes.

Just got back from husbands. Warmer than place as I have not put the heating on yet :rotfl: and we watched a dvd together.

Feel a lot better having spend some time with someone.

I don't mind being on my own and should not be such a moaning minny as spent 4 days at work with people. But its evening and weekends I struggle with.
