oh and we also wondered this... our room key was also used to open the main front door, which is locked at all times, does that mean that everyone's room key will open everyone else's rooms too? so, our room key, will open say room 20 etc? and vice versa?

If those are the pictures of your mattress, I certainly wouldn't describe it as "heavily soiled".

Next time you stay at a hotel, don't make the bed. It shows you don't often stay at hotels and gives the maids more work to do. They have to change the bedding after you have gone.

the offending stain was red around the edges, a purpleish colour in the middle, waterified.The picture doesn't do it justice as you would say lol...
This is from a female that is mensturating...
Not from being stored against a wooden object!
