Mine don't fit any better with or without socks. Even tried extra insoles but my heel still slips. The only advantage is that I gain another inch in height!:p
I didn't get any boots on the high street as they are way too expensive. I thought I was saving a fortune by ordering the Supertreads-more fool me!:(
Did you email them via the "Contact us" link on their website? That seems the best way of getting a fast response.
And maybe mention that you're a contributor to a leading UK internet forum where you've asked for advice from fellow Hartings customers?0 -
You're not being a fool at all. Just trying to save money like most of us. And you don't have to be stroppy with Hartings - at this stage - or get their backs up. Just say you have already emailed them without response and you're now wondering if they got the email. You have heard from others that they usually reply promptly, so please could they advise you regarding the return of the boots and the cost of the return when sending them via a trackable insured method.

I've been biding my time but I'm getting a little bit fed up with waiting now, tbh! It'll be summer before I get this mess sorted out!:(
I've been contacting them via their personal email addresses that they've contacted me on after the initial contact link via the website. I wanted to insure that the emails were kept in context & the person I was speaking to would have some sort of clue as to what the issue was.
OH thinks that they should ship the smaller size to me then I could give the courier the larger size in exchange when they deliver. V much doubt that'll ever happen but seems a sensible solution to me.:o0 -

I got mine from asos too for £160 - I wonder if that had a faulty batch which is why they sold them for £40 less than RRP. I wonder if there is anything we can do about it ........................

Hi, does anyone know who sells the UGG Australia Replacement insoles? Thanks0

This website sells counterfit goods. If you note the sizing of the word 'UGG' on the back of the boots on uggaustralia the middle 'G' is larger than the others, 'SNUG AUSTRALIA' size all their letters the same, therefore not genuine.0
