Got my navy boots today and they are gorgeous but I am very unhappy with the service from Zucci!
I paid for next day delivery for yesterday but they did not arrive. I put my work address as I knew no-one would be in at home.
I emailed them and spent over half an hour trying to call them.
I ended up leaving a message but still nothing from them!
My boots finally arrived late today but today is my day off - so I had to go into work to get them!
Good job they are so lovely and rubbish rubbish service Zucci! (Dread to think what would happen if I had a problem with the boots!)
Still waiting for reply from Asos re. cracking with my Bomber boots.

I ordered from Zucci and wanted delivery today because it`s my day off too! Just hope mine turn up.

It seems the service from Zucci is a bit hit and miss.I was a bit wary of ordering from them as I'd read mixed reviews about their customer service. Guess I was one of the lucky customers. I think the most frustrating this is that it is hard to contact them.

I suppose we have to weigh up the price against the customer service.

gutted- only got my cozi's a lil while ago. oh well.

Just wanted some advice i bought two pairs of boots in shudoo sale recieved them not happy with them .I have to return them within 7 working days should i send them special delivery or use their free postage ? I received them on thursday so only have until next friday to get my refund .
