You can go on the Ugg Austrillia site and it lists the authorised retailers. Generally 20% off rrp is the best you'll get online unless there reduced in a sale or something and generally this would be end of season or something. You can buy from abraod but theres the chance you'll be charged extra by customs.

Thanks loads - just been very naughty and ordered the tall navy - really wanted black pompoms but couldn't resit for just over £100!

Still trying to convince myself not to buy them. I already have the bomber and the sunburst ones but the navy ones will look great with jeans!

I did do a search just after your first post-thank you!:)

The parcel is 1.6kg.They mention standard insurance for £39 & for more valuable things you can pay more, but doesn't tell you how much. Also says you can send post cards, letters, leaflets, books in packets & envelopes this way but no mention of parcels. It's all very confusing!!!

Can't understand why Hartings haven't replied to my email. Why are they giving other people this information but not me?!:(

I JUST WANT SOME BOOTS THAT FIT ASAP!!!
Email them again. Pester them till they do get back to you. What a way to treat a customer.

I'm fretting nearly as much as you are now. It's not like you're asking much, is it??

It was the jeans thing that swayed me to be honest! I have the bombers too - how are you finding they are wearing? I keep having to put leather cream on mine because every time I wear them they look all cracked and dry! Have you had this problem?
    Thanks

Missingink, If you mention this forum and the popularity of it in the UK, maybe that will get them motivated to do something as we all raved about the supertreds and obviously they don't want bad press.

I find my size 6's are too uncomfortable with socks as they seem to slip inside but without socks they fit much better and don't swim so much on my feet. I do wish I had sized down though. In retrospect maybe the advantage of buying Uggs is that you can try them on in lots of different stores.

I just bought some Skechers Shape Ups from Amazon but had to try them on in a shop first to check sizing was spot on as I can't afford another £60 on shoes that don't fit exactly.

Anyway lets hope you get them sorted and get postage refunded. Jen

I know you're right, but I'm reluctant to push the issue too much as I'd like them to be as co-operative as possible!:o

They're probably fed up with me & hoping I'll go away, god knows, I'm fed up with stressing about it, but I don't think I'm at fault here or being unreasonable to expect to get a pair of boots that fit without having to fork out any more money!:undecided

An idea, though I don't want to seem like I'm blackmailing them with bad press.:o

Mine don't fit any better with or without socks. Even tried extra insoles but my heel still slips. The only advantage is that I gain another inch in height!:p

I didn't get any boots on the high street as they are way too expensive. I thought I was saving a fortune by ordering the Supertreads-more fool me!:(

I have the same problem. I bought a size 5 which were too big and my daughter conned me into giving them to her. I bought a size 4 from another company and they've cracked but my daughter doesn't have a problem with hers. They were either from asos or USC for £160.
