• I ordered mine last Monday evening. When I spoke to Tenaya she said that they'd had such a rush on (from all us moneysavers!) that they had run out of some and were waiting for a huge delivery.

She emailed me again last night to say it was Monday morning there and the delivery was coming that day and I'd have my boots by Friday.

I've bought the spray from Clarks. Hope it's enough to do both pairs.
• I also didn't have replies to my emails and some of them were returned but I believe they had a server problem. Try emailing:
Tenaya Jamieson who seems to deal with despatch of orders and her address is: Orders@australiadirect.com
She corrected my tracking number when it didn't work.

Thanks for the replies, I was just trying to work out where I slot into the delivery time span (who's getting theirs when) :)

Just another quick question, do you reiceve an email before the tracking number, or is that the only email they send you to make you aware of despatch? (the reason why I ask is because Ive heard nothing)

:)

EDIT: Up4abargain, thats the email address Ive been sending them to.. with no success
• I just received the Yahoo order confirmation email, then nothing till the despatch confirmation email from Tenaya.

I was a bit worried too when they didn't reply to my emails but i think we've snowed them under with orders and they're trying to catch up. They seem to be doing everying they can to sort it out and I was very impressed when James appeared on here. Hopefully if they're having a big delivery today, they will catch up with back orders and you'll get a despatch email tonight and, like hidetheplastic, receive them by Friday!!

Oh, thats good then.. fingers crossed I'll hear something by tomorrow! I wasn't aware that they were waiting for a delivery of stock, I guess that explains why there is a back log.. because of all the orders they have been receving too.
• Would just say my daughter is delighted with her boots. I know you've been following this thread and have seen the comments about quality and, in particular, labels. Ironic really, but we ordered the tall chestnut and received an australian made pair with tacky label inside. My daughter wanted to wear them with the tops turned down and when she did the label showed on the outside. So all the fuss about labels and we've cut them out !!!

Off the top of my head, here's the places that sell them:

Office
Bank
Selfridges
John Lewis
Schuh
Jones
House of Fraser (i think)
