Just thought I would drop a quick line, just spoke to a very helpful man at the uGg store, regarding childrens classic, the reason that they are so hard to get in the larger kids sizes is because they have very low stocks across the world, they are being carried forward through the nest season, but ugg is trying to get the new styles out first, they will then restock all carried forward styles, he has been told to expect deliveries on Friday although he is not promising just keep calling. Also I fould this, place that has some good offers on, I have checked I think they are ok, but check yourselves if you are thinking of ordering...lol

Hi everyone!:hello:
I have been lurking on this thread for a LONG time lol waiting to see where there was stock/if there were any discounts on the 'real' ugg australia boots. I finally bit the bullet and bought out of House of Fraser. I got them on Sunday late afternoon.
Having worn them for two days - the fur is starting to show - quite badly - between the stiching. Is this normal? This is my first pair but I have never noticed this on other Uggs I have seen people wearing?
I bought the bronze boots, and the fur is dark brown so it's really obvious! I feel like it looks like I bought cheap imitations, when in reality they were........ £190
Thanks guys

Hi,
Well I would have said "oh its HOF and so must be genuine" but that does not sound right- i.e the wool showing, it sounds not ok even if they are genuine and at the price you paid, I woudl be running back to the store to get a refund/exchange/apology asap! If I paid that much, I would want my Uggs to do everything but clean for me (mine seem to :rotfl: ) but seriously, take them back, if your in London, I would even go as far as to get them checked out at the nearest Ugg store beforehand. But loose fur thats really badly showing? not ok! and not for £19 let along £190!0 -

First off, I ordered at the beginning of December and was guaranteed delivery (was Xmas present)...
Then no news...
Made apologies to present recipient...
Checked and boots were 'lost in transit'...
New boots to be sent out...
More apologies to present recipient...
No new boots after 4 weeks...
Told that second set 'lost in transit'...
Email to supplier to say stick your boots (both of them) up your ar5e and give me my money back...
No response surprisingly...
Consumed more humble pie served up by present recipient...
Still no response from supplier...
Debit Card Co. contacted, so hopefully money returned...
Do not deal with these shysters. I repeat, save your money. The contact has been p*** poor, in fact non-existent, and i'm sure i'll not see my money again.

Hi there,
I did order some form ASOS too, but they are very bad quality compared to HOF ones! The leather looks terrible, the internal sheepskin does not look as nice......... I have the HOF with me today take back after work, but the asos look so different - in a bad way!
Do you think I just got a duff fpair from ASOS and if I have them exchange they would be better?
Thank so much,

Well, I have never seen HOF ones. I've bought 5 pairs in total over the last few years, all from ASOS, and never had a problem with any of them. I guess it must be a duff pair so hurry up and exchange them as, at this price, they'll go fast; I am already sad I missed out on the pewter ones too!!0
