I WAS ACTUALLY ASKING ADVICE OK!!!!!!!!!!
  • This is a discussion thread; it does not have ALERTS ONLY or wording to that effect in the title. I like the chat. Some of it has been useful.
  • Hi Guys,

I just bought some UGG Cardy from ebay after checking the seller thoroughly I am happy they are genuine UGGS. The only thing is when they arrived I think they are seconds - they weren't listed as seconds so I want to return them.

Can anyone clarify if they are genuine seconds?

    - There are about 5 stitches in the knitting which stand out as not perfect (pulled threads or sit unevenly).

    - There are green cotton threads tied and hanging from the back of each (I wondered if these were markers to identify seconds?)

There is a genuine care card and box and I do not think they are fake.

I paid £75 including postage in an auction style listing.

    Any advice????????????????????

I didn't realise you could even buy seconds....does anyone know where geniine seconds are available?
  • I don't know but the point is I didn't want seconds I wanted first quality!!! If it was mentionned in the listing I wouldn't have bought them so I think I should be refunded on return of goods. I just wanted to check if anyone can confirm that they are seconds!

PS They are UK6 (5.5) if anyone wants them! (I just realised I might not be allowed to say that, if not let me know and I will delete this).

Well you are quite entitled to return them if they are faulty, did you pay with paypal? if so you should have no problem getting a refund, email the seller first and ask for one. If they say no then open a dispute with paypal as they are not as described.
  • I am so confused have read tons of pages tonight and still non the wiser can anyone tell me if the http://www.uggstore.com.au/contact_us.php is legit or not? they give there address

even have a part about fake Uggs, but can't find anything on this forum about them, there is a similar address with UK in the address but not this one so anyone who knows anything or can advise info either good or bad would be great.
