Hi.i Want Some Advice Plz.i Have Recently Posted That I Paid For A Pair Of Ugg Boots From A Site Called Gooduggs.co.uk Only To Find Out It Was A Site Run By Yuan Chen Who Sells Fakes.after A Lot Of Phone Calls Back And Forth To Paypal And My Bank My Bank Returned The Direct Debit That Paypal Made.i Cancelled Any Further Dds From Paypal With My Bank Also.but Yesterday The Boots Arrived.what Should I Do Now?and Yes They Are Fake.

If I were you I would keep the boots and wait to see if Paypal come back to you, I doubt the seller will do anything to draw attention to themselves, they stand to lose pittance on those fake boots they are more likely to let it go so they can continue their scamming and taking more money from unsuspecting buyers. Keep them a few months (I would check the law on how long this is) and if you dont hear anything then destroy them. You certainly dont want to call Paypal and get into a debate on how you should be paying for them if they have not recovered their funds from the seller then they will be after you for the money! They are fakes they are worth nothing to you, its illegal to sell them and its illegal to post them back. As you signed for them the seller could ask them to be returned, you would then either have to return them as Paypal would tell you to or provide proof they are fakes. I'd sit tight for the time being and see whether they chase it up, as long as you have the goods to return if need be.
