still looking for sizing help for the canterbury oxford boots...
Should I get a size smaller than I normally wear, as per deckers Uggs, or should I stick to my normal size?

I will wear them barefoot so want them to be snug, but not too tight!!

I ordered my normal size and they fit snuggly. They arent too big so i think they must be smaller made than deckers. To me they are true to size.I did once try a pair of deckers on and i could get in a smaller size than i normally take. Also i never wear socks no matter what footwear i have on.HTH

Is this site selling fake goods?

    :question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question::question:

How many times have we been asked this question recently? I appreciate not everyone is computer literate and able to recognise a dodgy website so here are a few pointers which will hopefully prevent you being fraudulently parted from your hard-earned cash, and not just when buying Ugg boots!

    ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS
perform the following checks on any website you are unfamiliar with before even thinking of buying anything ....
    • Is there a contact address? - ditch any website that uses only a webform/email as means of contact.
    • Is there a landline telephone number? - avoid any website that either doesn't provide a phone number or only a mobile number. Also beware of premium rate numbers.
    • Is the site secure? - check for the presence of the locked padlock sign or https:// (with additionals S) at the start of the address in the url bar above.
    • Is the site registered in the UK? - use a "whois" search facility such as http://www.whois-search.com/ to check the registration details of the website for country of origin, name/address registered and most importantly at this time of the year - the date the site was registered!

If a site suddenly pops up selling all the top designer gear, and has recently been registered, advertising lots of stock with promises of delivery in time for Christmas then it's likely to be a scam, so STEER CLEAR!!!

    Yuan Chen

If you find that the registrant of any wesite is listed as this person then please do not touch the site with a bargepole!!!!

This man is a con artist operating hundreds of illicit websites selling counterfeit products and has a number of websites already registered specifically using the word UGG in the url. Any website you come across using the word ugg MUST be checked.

    CHECK IT OUT BEFORE BUYING!!!!

This is my 1st post, ive been following this thread for a few weeks now while trying to decide what brand to go for Emu or Ugg, i finally ordered 2 pairs of Emu boots, one the Hip and the Hi Bronte from Westway for £75 delivered, they were originally £49.99 each, i used code VALUE08 for a 25% discount, saw it over on Netmums, should hopefully get them next week, if anyone is looking for the Deluxe HI Stingers Amazon have the Black ones for £87.59, was looking at the Deluxe ones as they are wax coated Suede and they would be waterproof but want to see what the Bronte's and Hip boots are like 1st.
  • Sorry if this question has been asked before. I am trying to decide whether to get Emu Bronte or Stinger Hi boots. However I can't find a local stockist to try before I buy. Does anyone have either pair in order to provide me with dimensions please. I need to know the height of them and the size around the leg as i don't what them to be too snug! I have found a bargain pair of stingers and need the info quickly before they sell out!!!!!
  • Who are Westway? Do you have rheir website address please? Thanks in advance
