Search for the thread 'ugg boot discussion' think it's the 4th post which lists genuine uk and overseas sellers.
I, and numerous other people have tried to start new threads listing just info but they just ended up being spoilt but idiots.
Shudoo discount valid until next week. Happy shopping x0 -
Hi All,
there's now 244 pages worth of discussion now.
would someone please make a recap of where you could buy genuine high quality Ugg boots from.
e.g where to buy the uGg Australia from, where to buy standard sheep skins ones.
i'm sure loads of us are trying to scan through all 244 pages just to make sure we're buying from the best site, it would be great if a experience buyer could give their advise on where to buy this Christmas.
thanks in advance, merry Christmas!
regards,
toothy
Totally agree with you on this! I am constantly watching this page- because I am awaiting a pair of genuine Ugg boots (ugg australia and not copy cat versions) that I can afford.
It would be good for separate threads- but already many non ugg fans are up in arms that the thread exists at all! so I am guessing just one is all we will be able to have.
But I do think there could be guidelines: such as only posting useful info, such as where/what price/how long delivery took/ offers....etc
And to add, TKmaxx have Uggs in, they seem to have just gotten a new load in this week- not sure how it is all over the country. Mainly in Tall sand. Short for £110, tall for £150, ankle at £80. They also have many copycats for around the £40 mark.
Still can be found cheaper in some places, eg Office had the ankles in at £70 not so long ago. Shudoo have a discount atm and Asos have one or two styles reduced (but not many and not by that much).0 -
Not sure thats not the LFA site.
What about shudoo the 20% off code is still valid.
Says that they are site that sells older stock and why it is cheaper, boots I like are last years and 90 on this site but would be an extra 50 on shudoo even with code so not sure what to do.Yearly Grocery Budget - £100.77/ £3500. January Treats Budget - £11.80 / £100.0 -
Chameleon, do you still stand by Canterburys as being the best quality alternate brands? I'm considering dropping the UA label as they are getting too expensive now for what they are, and to be honest I'm getting 9 months ish of rotated wear (i live in uggs but not the same pair daily) out of a pair now and despite keeping them well spray protected and kept clean they are starting to look a bit tatty, I dont even walk that much either in them I think the quality has dropped since mass production took over.
I am thinking of trying out another brand but i'm a bit scared :rotfl:
I also think the fakes are tarnishing their image I see all sorts wearing the UA label and they are awful fakes!
Sorry mookie, only just seen this
Yes, I love my Canterbury boots and I do think they're better quality than my UGG boots. The sheepskin feels much thicker and the boots still stand upright after a year's wearing whereas my UGG's tend to flop over now when I stand them up, although they still look fine whilst wearing them.
Having the thicker ridged sole, the Canterbury's are also far more suitable for wearing outdoors in winter and mine have coped very well with standing around in the pouring rain in wet, muddy fields watching :footie: matches (although I've just treat myself to the Celtic sheepskin wellies to wear when it gets really muddy after xmas:shhh: ) and they kept my feet both warm and dry :T

The following site is by far the best site to use when trying to find all manner of shoes/boots from UGG's to DM's and more! This page lists all the UGG's for you, so just click on the gold bar to select other brands.
http://www.alltheshoes.co.uk/uggs/ugg_boots.html
You can also be confident that the companies listed are genuine and you won't get ripped off by scammers :T
Be warned though that at this time of year you will struggle to find any available stock in the popular styles“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
X-posted this on the thread in the Shop But Don't Drop section to say I saw a pair of chestnut Uggs in size W10 in TK Maxx in Edinburgh (Meadowbank) yesterday. They only had the one, but it makes me wonder if they will get more in?
They were £109.99.0 -

No different to Martin earning cashback from links he provides on this site then
I have absolutely no problem with it as they've obviously gone to a lot of trouble to collate all the information in one easy place to find. If it also helps people not to get sucked in by the scamming sites out there then even better! :T
Thanks for letting me know though as I wasn't previously aware of it “You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
