Just found the 20% code on MSE (MSE178) suppose that is better than nothing if it doesn't arrive.0

Was not expecting this reply from him - its extremely abusive. It's out of order if he ends up getting the boots back and ripping somebody else on eBay off.
{I left positive feedback for him as soon as the boots arrive, saying that the delivery was fast and that was it}
whatever pal, you be a hero and try a clean up the flea market that is ebay,
if i get banned so be it, i can get back on in minutes , you are dealing with a !!!!ing pro pal
also thanks for leaving positive feedback, I will be sure to do the same (NOT)
hope you are happy with yourself trying to rip off a family guy and the end of the day I offered you the money back in full, get yourself a life
have a nice day

Listen, what is with the attitude and abuse? I have been curteous and fair in every email I sent you. Seriously, that is totally uncalled for.
I am a family man too, these were meant for a present for my fiancee.
Put yourself in my shoes; wouldn't you be !!!!ed off after buying a pair of Uggs on eBay in time for your wife for birthday only to find out they're fake? I now have to try and gather enough money for tomorrow to go into town and buy a new pair from Office or Bank for £170. Have I meantioned that? I'm fuming myself but I haven't been abusive at all.
How can you say I'm trying to rip you off? Your the one who sold me a pair of fakes worth a tenner.
To me this sellers email comes across like they know they are fakes. For a start he's using a stock photo not photos of the actual goods. DONT send them back, all you need to do is go to a decent retailer and ask for a manager who will probably be more than happy to put in writing that the boots are fake. I also dont believe they are genuine purchased from abroad as quite simply this year there has been a price hike on Uggs and the cheapest anyone has got them shipped with customs is £120 ish, why would they happily lose £30. It wouldnt surprise me if they have bought these from somebody in the UK to sell for a profit, hence why they turned down offers prior to yours.
I have been offered fake Ugg boots this week I think they are around the £60 mark, the person offering them has not been trying to sell them as genuine so if people are happy with copies then I guess thats up to them. If I wanted to be greedy and stick them on ebay claiming they are genuine I could probably earn myself a few quid by buying a few pairs. They are obviously doing the rounds in the UK. Personally I couldnt rip people off but theres plenty who just dont care, like this seller.
Dont get pulled into replying anymore, report the seller for abuse and send all emails they have sent you to Paypal, if you send anymore messages keep them on the dispute communication with Paypal so they can see what you have written and keep them factual.0 -
Just called and asked they said the code comes out today? But I forgot to ask if it's 20% or 30%!! Anyone got the 30% yet? Is it worth waiting? If it's 20 then I will get them from Asos as I have other things in my basket as well.0

I'm not 100% convinced they are fake to be honest and may well have bought the wrong size from abroad and found it easier to sell them on Ebay. They did decline quite a lot of offers before accepting yours. Not usually the way a scammer operates
Chameleon I reckon this person has got hold of them at a higher price than the usual bulk buyers on ebay, maybe a bloke who got some off a mate in the pub or something at £50 or £60 a pair. I have been offered boots this week and they are not cheap but still would leave a margin for a mark up if I was stupid and uncaring enough to sell on ebay at say £80.
I took a loss on a pair last year quite a big loss, but they were mens boots for DH that had incurred customs charges and were the wrong size...not many men are desperate for uggs so I knew deep down I probably had to accept his offer...the bloke haggled for days before I gave in at his 2nd slightly higher offer. I was gutted though.0 -

I hope it is 30%!!I might ring them now to check...0 -
I wasn't aware that the label on the back was suppose to be brown, I thought it had to be black. They are very very good fakes but I ain't paying £90 for a fake. I have escalated a claim today and the seller said he did not know they were fake and would give a refund but I woud have to pay to get them back to him.
Should I just do this and accept it as a lesson learnt?
Chestnuts have dark brown labels, black ones have black labels, grey ones have white labels and chocolate have cream labels.
Think that is right from memory anyway!0 -
Cool ring and let me know!

If they have a tag pinned on which says "snow boots" they are definitely fake. Wouldn't be surprised if they came with a protective bag too....:rolleyes:0 -
