Was not expecting this reply from him - its extremely abusive. It's out of order if he ends up getting the boots back and ripping somebody else on eBay off.

    {I left positive feedback for him as soon as the boots arrive, saying that the delivery was fast and that was it}

whatever pal, you be a hero and try a clean up the flea market that is ebay,
if i get banned so be it, i can get back on in minutes , you are dealing with a !!!!ing pro pal

also thanks for leaving positive feedback, I will be sure to do the same (NOT)

hope you are happy with yourself trying to rip off a family guy and the end of the day I offered you the money back in full, get yourself a life

    have a nice day

Listen, what is with the attitude and abuse? I have been curteous and fair in every email I sent you. Seriously, that is totally uncalled for.

I am a family man too, these were meant for a present for my fiancee.

Put yourself in my shoes; wouldn't you be !!!!ed off after buying a pair of Uggs on eBay in time for your wife for birthday only to find out they're fake? I now have to try and gather enough money for tomorrow to go into town and buy a new pair from Office or Bank for £170. Have I meantioned that? I'm fuming myself but I haven't been abusive at all.

How can you say I'm trying to rip you off? Your the one who sold me a pair of fakes worth a tenner.
  • Gosh how rude!!
SO sorry you have to deal with this. Well he is basically admitting it in this email so would paypal refund you now?

I'm not sure, it says on Paypal that it can take upto December 16th for them to look at the case.
  • Hi all I have just registered this is a fantastic site. I wanted to ask if ASOS was a good site to buy UGGS from?

Mwesty, please forward copies of the abusive emails that the seller has sent you regarding the transaction to eBay, he is not allowed to do that and they will take the appropriate action, hopefully by throwing him out. You can add to the feedback that you left him, go to the bottom of your feedback page and select 'follow up to feedback left'.
  • Hi please can anyone help me i'm new...desperately trying to get the discount code for uggs for my daughters christmas, please can anyone help?thanks:confused:

Was that the only pair of UGG boots they were selling on Ebay? I can't see any more listed. I'm not 100% convinced they are fake to be honest and may well have bought the wrong size from abroad and found it easier to sell them on Ebay. They did decline quite a lot of offers before accepting yours. Not usually the way a scammer operates

They've sold a few pairs of Ugg's in the last month, and also lots of 'Nike Shox', so I would be almost certain they're fakes. And that's probably why they keep their feedback private. If I was you I would buy up a few of their items [provided they've not blocked you!] and leave negative stating that they sell fake Ugg's - he clearly think's he's very clever for pulling the wool over your eyes.

I would then email Paypal and state they are fake, therefore you're not willing to post as it's illegal. Then get someone like Office to confirm they're fake?

I'd also send him an e-mail back saying he's a ****ing conning w*nk*r :rotfl:but hey, that's just me!
    Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j

He sounds like a scumbag (ebay seller). Hope you get your money back but from personal experience, Ebay wont get involved with anything else.

Name and shame the seller here so we can all add him to our 'barred list' on ebay:mad:

Hi like many others on here I filled in the survey for the 30% off Shudoo code. It hasn't arrived! Has anyone else received theirs?
