And they can be itchy if worn with bare legs :o

I'm really confused now. I have been reading this thread from start to finish over the last couple of days and I still dont know what to do. Due to the cold weather I really want a pair of boots that will keep me warm. I have been in to try on a pair of Uggs and know that I am a 3.5 UK which is a 5 US. However, after reading comments on here I dont know whether to go for Uggs or Kiwi sheepskins. I would probably get the black short classics.
With the childrens Uggs what sort of size would I need roughly? I am between a 3 and a 4 Uk but it depends on the shoe and normally end up wearing an insole in size 4 but find the 3 can be a tad small. With the size 3.5 Ugg boot I wore my socks to try them on and still had a bit of give in the back - my heel moved ever so slightly.
Does anyone have the black kiwi classic boot as the thing that puts me off with those is the two tone heel of the boot, and the fact that I haven't seen them - the DH says he wont take me to NZ just to look at them in person :p
    Thanks

They are cute, and can be worn so many different ways with the buttons open and closed. Its just when they rub for so long it is a bit rough on your legs.
I do still love them though :o

Having trouble uploading some of these messages tonight.

Griggsy, if you get kids boots you get one US size bigger, if buying ladies you get 2 US sizes bigger. Do not wear them with socks and if you are a half size go down so you would need a UK 3. That would be Kids US 4 or Ladies US5. Kids are a little wider around the bridge of the foot. However, the kids are much cheaper $120 for the tall classic or $90 for the kids classics.

The website I mentioned above has the tall and the short in stock, postage is $40. If you wanted tall kids with that 20% discount you would pay around $136 for the boots and postage, and if you wanted kids it would be $112. I paid $112 this morning and they took £65 from me in GBP so it would be around £85 for the tall classics kids size.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi MrsJ,

I take a Kids size and this is the mistake I made last year and got the wrong size.

If you buy adults Ugg Australia boots there is a difference of 2 sizes - so if you are a UK4 you need to buy a US Size 6 in ladies boots.

If you wear kids Australia Ugg Boot there is one size difference. So if you wear a UK4 you need a Kids US Size 5.

I am a UK 2 and get s US size 3. However, the kids boots are getting harder and harder to come by and a lot of places are doing up to a US 2 as they have clearly realised that ladies are buying them. Some places have done the opposite though and are cashing in on that!! You might want to look for Youths in the description rather than kids. But there are not so many styles available in kids as there are ladies.

If you are a UK 6 then you would need a US 8, you will not be able to get kids size in a US 7.

Thanks for the tip. Can you tell me, are the kids sizing generous like the Adults? I'm a UK 6 but ended getting a US 7 (UK 5 in adults) and they are perfect.

I've found a size 6 kids and wondering whether to go for them or not x

Right, this thread has been updated so please visit it if looking for Ugg Boots.

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1204017

If you look at Post #5 I am updating it with everything you need to know - current retailers of Genuine Ugg Australia Boots, special offer codes, discount vouchers, promotions, care and sizing help.

If you want me to add anything to the post that I might have missed (especially you Mookie) then please let me know and I will add it. I will go through the threads and update it with any current information regarding retailers of these boots. I will check the site myself first to ensure they sell authentic ugg Australia boots.

Post #5 will have details for Genuine Ugg Australia boots only. If you want other information or have found another site selling cheaper other brand Ugg boots then please feel free to add the information, but I thought it would be helpful to have as much information regarding the UA boots in one place as this is what everyone wants, that post will be updated daily so people know where to find the details rightaway if they want to buy boots.

If you find another retailer then please let me know, I will check the site and add the link. If you have a code or special offer then please let me know.

This morning I have had confirmation from a US retailer that will now accept International Orders after I suggested they were missing out on sales. If you find a good site but that will not ship internationally then please let me know and I'll email the site and see if they can start accepting orders. If they can I will post them on the site.

If you see spam on either thread please do not quote it but hit the report button. Let's keep these threads free from Spam and the people selling fakes out of exposure, it has been inundated over the last few days and a few of us have had enough so I decided it was time to set up one thread where people could find all they needed to know.

    HTH.

    Hi MrsJ,

Yes, fairly generous, I've got the kids and am usually a UK 3 but had to go for a UK 2 in these. 3 was too big and 1 was too small. So yes, if you already had to drop a size in ladies I'd get the smaller size in kids too. It is so hard when buying from overseas to know you get the right size, I've not found anywhere selling kids sizes in the UK, let alone to be able to try them on.

Where did you see them? If you look at the the other thread there is a site called kidsportvail and they specialise in kids shoes, lots of styles too and 10% discount, also hansen surf have 20% discount, these places have loads of sizes & styles as I have only just found them.

Click on the link for my thread above.

I had the problem with fit last year and still have a pair here, I put them in the free adds this week to try and get rid of them. I do not know anyone who wants them as my feet are so small, LOL!!
