    HI

Has anyone else brought the SNUG UGG australia ugg boots from http://www.snugaustraliauggboots.com.au/

I brought some recently - at frist I thought they were too small they definatey come up smaller than my actual uGg's.
Also I was a bit annoyed - I know its a minor detail but the labels is now brown on the back not white as shown on there website.

BUT really just wondering if mine are FAULTY - as they have like an indentation on the front and back of the sole in the rubber! Is anyone elses like this is it normal???? As I dont think it looks very good!

I have contacted snug and they asked me to send picture so I have but they are saying they cant tell from the pictures - and that I need to send them back to australia! If they find a fault they will refund me the postage and send me another pair - if there is no fault they just send me them back ( and I have paid not only for the boots but postage to and from australia and customs charges!!!)

Please if anyone has a pair can you advise if this is normal.

Also - if you are considering buying a pair and you have had uGg Australia before - you may well be disappointed with SNUG as I dont think they are as nice as uGg Australia _ but may be mine are faulty! Bit annoying I cant speak to anyone at SNUG to clarify! No phone number!

    Thanks

This is horribly familiar. The same thing happened to me (except in my case one of the boots was clearly a size bigger than the other, making them unwearable). Like you, I emailed photos. Like you, I was told they couldn't see anything wrong (it was very clear in the photos that one was bigger!)

I decided not to risk sending the boots back (at my own expense) because I lost faith in the company; I did not trust them to agree with me, and feared that they would find no fault and only return my boots if I paid more postage.

Their customer services were dreadful, and the boots very substandard considering they cost £70.

I would never buy from snugaustralia again- a terrible company.

I Recently Purchase two pairs of UGG boots for my partner from www.1st4buyers.com I purchase a tall and short pair and I only paid £60 for 1 pair anf £65 for the other. The quality is fantastic, and they accept Paypal so I felt safe when purchasing them.
    Try them out www.1st4buyers.com

    Quite possibly spam.gif

Nowhere on the site does it say the word Genuine Uggs!

eski12, I've just done a bit of research for you and found that the registrant for the website https://www.ugg-boots.co.uk is actually 'The Celtic Sheepskin Company', if you look on their website https://www.celtic-sheepskin.co.uk you can find a contact number and perhaps you could telephone them and ask as they appear to be operating the two websites from the same industrial estate address so they should be able to help with your order.

Hi there, I have bn lookin 4 genuine UGGs 4 ages and came across this site but the boots are fake!!! Go into google and search for, ugg boots, about halfway down the page you will see 'ebay.co.uk guides - How to spot fake ugg boots picture comparisons' You dont get those blue hanging tags pinned onto original ugg boots. Sorry but its worth checkin 4 urself.

P.s. Has anyone came across or used the website yoYoSilver.com? This website sells Ugg Australia Classic Tall Boots for $129.95, this seems like a good deal and they look genuine but would like a little advice.
  • Hi

    uggs-boots.co.uk

    First of all

UGG UGLY is a ugg booots brand Ugg Australia is not the only brand out there selling boots in fact i can recall by memory 16 main brands selling ugg boots.

    We Sell 3 Brands

    Ugg Australia
    Ugg Ugly
    Emu Australia

Yes our boots are genuine all of the 3 brands we sell.

    Why we cheap ?

Because we import from overseas and have wholesale contact overseas

    Why not an address?

We use to have it displayed on the site , but we are a online shop and as we are based in london we used to get many people knocking on the door , so we decide to remove the address as is not needed at all, and in a event of returns we provide you the UK London address to return the boots

Feel Free to call us if any more questions

    Thank You

Hi all, really sorry to be a pain (:o ) but I just don't have time to read all 153 pages of this thread...... I take it this site is the 'real deal'?

    http://www.uggsdirect.co.uk/index.php

I'd rather spend close to the RRP than risk getting fakes...... am more interested in making sure they're genuine that getting them for a bargain price.

Many thanks to anyone who can answer my question :)

I will admit to having an interest in this.

I work for Celtic Sheepskin who use www.ugg-boots.co.uk as one of our web addresses (we used to own the Ugg trade mark within the UK). We are not uggs-boots.co.uk and have no affiliation with them. We are however, receiving a large number of calls from members of public who are trying to contact them.

Hopefully you paid using a credit card (I think this includes Visa Debit) for this order. If so, contact your card issuer and explain the situation. You are within your rights to cancel the order within (at least) 7 days. If you did not then you may have more difficulty getting your money back.

Although this information has been posted already it may help in you getting your money back (this information is freely available on the net):

Searching for the address on google also gives a beauty salon / product sales at the same address, however, none of the 3 telephone numbers I could find actually work.

There is only one Juan Portos on Facebook. (I'll let you search for that personally!)

Thankyou - I have recently rang barclays, I did infact use a visa debit card - but they said you have to give the company 30 days to make good the order before taking it to fraudulent transactions. She did however say that I am covered and to just wait 30 days. Quite annoying since the site is still 'under maintenance' and they obviously are not going to delivery the goods.
