Hi

Ordered from Bootbarn a Classic Tall Sand UGG 7.0M (i understood this was a UK5, i am usually a 6 so was aware to order down a size) however have received them this morning and they are huge - have i ordered wrong?
Please advise before i order another pair and sell these on Ebay

My wife's normally a UK5 so she ordered a US6 (UK4), taking the advice to order down a size, and they're fine? Are they labelled as a US7 inside the boot?

Yes they are labelled a 7, when on i can fit my thumb at the end

Just a thought, does it say 'womens' or 'mens' on the box? The mens sizes only drop down 1 size, so that would make it a 6? I assume you ordered a womens size 7 though?

Am stuck now - dont know whether to risk ordering a US6 in case they are still big
Cant understand it though cos i tried on a US7 in Meadowhall Shopping Centre and they were snug so thats why i ordered a 7

If it will help I could measure the length of the sole on my wife's US6 to help you make a judgement? I can't do it until later this evening though.

Like I say, she's normally a 5 and the US6 is snug. She could probably have got away with the next size up just to confuse things a bit more! She definitely wouldn't have got into the next size down though.

I ordered some Canterbury boots from Hartings on the 20th November but they haven't arrived yet. It says to allow up to 14 days for delivery on the website. Has anyone else had to wait so long?
