anyone get custom charges via rei???? i have a pair on order at the min has cost me £55 so far.....hoping i dont get charged. got 6k as im inbetween a 5 and a 6.....

I'm in the same situation - I ordered from them on 23 October and they took the money within 2 days but since then nothing, despite several emails. I tried to phone but there's just a message saying to send an email. Has anybody ever received anything from this company?

I would get in touch with the credit card company and ask them to sort out a refund.

hi, can anyone advise me on what the sizing is like on the canterbury boots from hartings please, i am thinking of getting the tall classics in chestnut but don't know what size to get. I get a size 6 in uggs and wasn't sure if i should get the same in canterburys or not as i've heard they come up smaller than uggs. ( my bare foot measures about 26cm if thats any help to anyone about the sizing for me) also are they the same quality as uggs? thanks in advance

Sorry i can't help you more - but the kids Uggs are ideal for me (as i have quite narrow lower calfs).

Yes I got charged £37 and some pence - can't quite remember. Wasn't too impressed!!

got mine from victorias secret today. only a £13.30 customs charge and delivered in 4 days via UPS but for some reason they have taken the classic tall style off the website :S
