ordered a pair of short chestnut uGg's from cozyboots.com for the gf's christmas orderedon the 11th and were delivered on the 14th and all for only £83.22 inc delivery, as i did not get charged by customs would recommend them to anyone.

Claire-bear80 they have not added a shipping price as they do not charge for delivery within the states but the international delivery was $55 a bit more than other places and remember to mark that its a gift, they do ask, as this might help with customs.

Thanks Malky39. So did yours not have shipping added to your grand total too? I am worried they are not sending them cos the postage hasnt been paid

If REI boots are delivered by parcelforce, they charge at point of delivery. I didnt get any charges on 2 deliveries from them. :D

I ordered my hubby a pair for xmas as he wears them as slippers and walking the dog. Ordered from cozyboots and the tracking number took longer, i emailed to ask where it was and they said they have been receiving an unusually high volume of orders for some unknown reason....

I wonder if its after my recommendation on here!

Did parcelforce deliver them, if so then you wont get charged if you have the boots. :j

Fedex definately send an invoice after delivery which can take 2 weeks.

Other companies i'm not sure as i always get parcelforce or fedex.

I know from talking to a driver that they are delivering huge amounts of ugg boots his year and i reckon customs is well onto it, they must recognise the box size as soon as they see them and rub their hands with joy.
  • How long did your boots take from REI to be delivered?

I ordered mine last friday and havent heard anything...
  • Well that's my second pair of Uggs arrived from REI and they're the right size this time!! :j

They took a bit longer than the last pair to arrive as i ordered them on the 9th November, but the good news was that there was no customs charge!!:j

So i've saved on the extra £45 customs charge that i got stung with last time! Think it might be because the invoice was inside the box, rather than stuck to the outside. That fooled the nasty customs people :T !

Right, off to dance around the office in my lovely new boots! :D

  • So my Tall Cestnut Uggs have just arrived from Bootbarn:j !

I am very happy with the overall service. They are definately genuine and come in the Ugg Australia box. I ordered them on Monday afternoon and they tried to deliver yesterday and I wasn't in.

They are delivered by UPS and I did have to pay £24.74 for customs. That means I paid £105.66 altogether.

They also came with a code for 20% of a second order but as I have already said, I got 20% off anyway by entering Western in the coupon code box on checkout.

Hope this helps anyone who's still deciding.

had email to say been shipped on the 15th nov arrived on the 21st.

i love my boots, think if i went a size down they would of been too small, they are not snug but fit and if i kick they dont feel like they will fall off.

I've done it.... just ordered my very first pair of uGg.

Got them from Cozyboots as they were the only place that had them in my size - tall, US 7 in chestnut. Bought a complete cleaning/care set too. Total $234 (approx £117).

WHOPPPPPEEEEEE, they've arrived. ORIGINAL, AUTHENTIC, UGGS.
They are fab. Tall chestnut, US size 7 but they are generous UK 5 (i'm normally a UK 6). I didn't get stung with customs. Boots were £75, cleaning set £8 and delivery £25 = £108. absolute bargain. It's like walking in a duvet!

Just had a quick nosey on Ebay, my god the fakes look good but after all the advice and tips on here i'm so glad I didn't order them off there and pay big money for fakes!!!
