For finding uGg and only ready 20 of these pages!
These same companies keep coming up:-
www.bootbarn.com
www.hartings.co.nz
www.victoriasecrets (in the USA)
Aussie Direct too, but some probs with client satisfaction.
If anyone else knows where to buy, please let us all know.
Hartings gets my vote! excellent service, great boots (and slippers ... :j ) and no customs! I got mine last month though so there wasn't a prob with availability ... not sure how the stock situation is now. AD - "some probs with client satisfaction" is putting it very politely! I wouldn't touch with a barge pole!:hello:Hello!0 -
We received the Tall Sand uGg’s from Hartings this afternoon. They are lovely; DD will be thrilled at Christmas.
Hartings can have my vote too. Quick and efficient, excellent communications and arrived without hassle at a good price.
(I’ve also bought a couple of pairs of slippers from Kiwi-Sheepskins - very satisfactory, both arrived in one week without hassle.)0 -
Hi all,
Can someone please give me some advice for choosing the size of uGg boots?
I'm a UK size 6 but had heard that I should get a size smaller as they stretch. I've been on a ugg supplier site and they say measure the size of your biggest toe to your heal and go for that size (which would be a a size 6).
Can anyone give me any tips?
Thanks
I usually take a uk 6 1/2, sometimes a 7 and usually EUR 40.
I tried on a friends UGG US 8 (uk6) and they fitted fine....which to me says they fit slightly big. I have ordered a US 8 from Bootbarn. I think I will get stung for customs but will let you all know.0 -

If anyone is looking for kids sheepskin boots - i would certainly recommend getting grommies sheepskin boots - for quality sheepskin, a gooood price and v.fast service (I had our boots the next day!!). You can't beat a british company.

I have had grommies Kids sheepskin boots for both my girls age 8 and 6, they love them, both girls call them their 'snuggly boots'. I had been looking for this style of boot everywhere, am not hung up on labels but want quality footwear for my girls at a reasonable price. I also wanted a functional boot not just a 'look' and grommies gave me that. The girls wear them to school and to play, really are an allround good looking hard wearing warm kids boot. I havent found genuine sheepskin boots for kids this reasonable anywhere else. The high street copies just fall appart in no time and are not as warm.
Additionaly this is a british company so no surprise charges on delivery and super fast delivery.
So all you mums out there looking for boots that last check out www.grommies.co.uk
p.s. the baby boots are soooo cute!!0 -
I've done it.... just ordered my very first pair of uGg.
Got them from Cozyboots as they were the only place that had them in my size - tall, US 7 in chestnut. Bought a complete cleaning/care set too. Total $234 (approx £117).0 -
Well I got my order of the chocolate ugg's from REI, very nice, obviously genuine and really well packaged but after such a hefty customs fee I decided to ebay them and try and make some profit to purchase a pair for myself so I wasn't out of pocket (compared to what I was expecting to pay).
Ebay item sold well so have ordered a black pair of uggs from Bootbarn, hopefully even if there is a customs chargeb it will only be £25 like the previous buyer who posted, as the boots work out as £80 before customs rather than £90 before customs from REI. I will post if I do get charged customs just to update people, I have had them shipped to my mum's address rather than work addy just in case this makes a difference!0 -
I got some Uggs from REI.COM thought I was getting a bargain with the 15% off discount they offer if you register with them. Got charged almost £38 pound at customs I was gutted so they worked out around £120 in all. They ticked merchandise on the front of the parcel and put the value on. I would recommend Taylor shoes.com as I have had a couple of pairs of crocs from there and they tick the Other section and I have never been charged. Have found them to be really fast on delivery under a week usually.
Also if you have large calves dont order the tall Uggs they to tight!0 -

I am a newbie, but have been following this thread for a while, bought a chocolate pair from Aussie Direct and was pleased with them, but wanted a chestnut pair and after reading stuff on here, started looking for another site! I have just ordered a pair from www.jildorshoes.com, you have to go through the international shipping site but looks like it could be a saving if dont get caught with the customs, hope this is of help to somebody as have noticed Hartings are out of stock till mid dec0

I am "real deal" or nothing Queen and further to my research Hartings.co.nz looks like the best website for genuine Uggs. A little bit more expensive and they are now out of stock but I intend to wait and order from there.
Thanks to everyone who inputted into this thread - really useful.0
