    It's poo that you were unlucky but that's still a good saving - :beer: I just got mine on and they looked so ridiculous I put my jeans on - they're a bit tight around the top but once I folded the tops over a bit I can get my jeans tucked in! Wonder if I should have got the short ones ... :rolleyes: it's the tape at the top that's a bit snug - reckon they'll give a bit? I want it to be colder too - what a swizz with nice toasty new boots - it was 19 degrees today!
    Maybe we should just turn our central heating off!

    Your hub will be chuffed when you tell him how much you sold them for on ebay - you'll have to hide the ones you want to keep!

    Can I just ask.....what colour should the footbed in the black uGg boots be? Black or cream??

    OOOOOOh no I'm really sorry if I've been really dumb here :eek: but I could have sworn the blacks in Shoon had a cream footbed inside (black sole outer) and mine from AD have a black footbed ... I'm really sorry - there are other probs with my black ones so the footbed might not be an issue. :eek: The Choc ones in Shoon AND the ones I have from Hartings have a CREAM footbed inside. Maybe I just saw the tissue foot shaper thing in there and I was wrong ... I will phone Shoon tomorrow (or another stockist like Office or whatever) and ask them - and post back

    No worries.....it was me! I just had a bit of a Homer moment....D'oh!
    I checked mine again.....they are cream :D . The clever / dumb balance has been restored:T

    So (honest - not taking the mick!) ... your legit black Uggs have a cream footbed in them, not black like mine from AD ... if so that's another thing to add to my :mad: list once they actually reply to me!

    Yes....mine have a cream footbed. To be honest I gave them a thorough check when they came....label / outer sole etc and completely forgot to check the inner sole. I was sooooo eager to stick my feet in them :p . It was only when I read the newest messages that I suddenly thought OMG were mine cream??? I went to check and they are.....hooray!!:T

    I'm not saying your black ones are legit as i too had an issue with ones from AD, but my black ones had a black footbed, but they are from about 2 years ago so if anyone does have black footbeds dont take that as them being fake. It must be a recent thing having cream as i think you can now buy replacement insoles for them..which are cream so maybe they are removable ones now. Just a guess though!

    Thanks Mookie - I wish I could post pictures but I'm not allowed ... :confused: ... but there are other probs with my AD ones. The labels are well dodgy ... single ply and printed "Made in Australia" and not the folded over embroidered one I have in my Hartings ones and also that I saw in SHoon etc ... not sure how worried I should be but if SHoon say there's something not right with them then I must admit I'm not happy!
    COuld you let me know who from Ugg gave your pictures the okay? :A

    No i was unsure of the sole from reading an ebay review these ones are 'made in china' the label is exactly the same as my old ones but i sent pics of several bits of both boots including the sole and the person said they are fine, i also looked at my friends chocolate ones today and hers are real, the soles are the same so i guess they changed them a bit. I'm just glad they are ok i'll sleep better tonight :D i'm a bit paranoid now.

    Hubby wont be too chuffed as i didnt get them cheap to start with.
