Has anyone waterproofed their Uggs yet?

I'm just waiting for my sand short uggs to arrive and have no idea what to use on them to protect them from rain/snow etc.

Some people have mentioned Storm and others have used the Clarks protector.

    any suggestions?

I've used the Clarks protector which was £3.50 and I found it really good.

My canterburys have just arrived and they are gorgeous :happyhear

    Thanks edith for recommending them
hi bumble-bee, i was thinking of ordering some canterburys, they're a great price, are they the same fitting as uggs? i get a size 6(U.K) in ugg and they fit quite snug but comfortable, do you think i should get the same size in canterburys? Also, did you get yours from hartings and were you charged any customs? sorry for all the questions, just want to be sure before i buy, thanks:p
  • I ordered classic short sand Ugg Autralia boots from AD last Thu and they arrived today! They are lovely, very pleased with them.....aparted from the tag inside which says made in Australia.......someone told me that they were only made in China now? Is this right??

I have checked the tags etc and they look genuine and feel genuine (tried some on in Schu)

Anyway now I'm about to protect them with some kiwi spray & am scared to death incase I ruin them!

Will let you all know how it goes.

  • Hi all,

thanks for the help, i got an email today from AD stating that the uGgs are the decker brand but are made in china australia and new zealand, in my email i stated i was worried about the genuinity and would like a confirmation on whether they are real or not and they have now cancelled my order  i didn't actually ask them to cancel it, so i am now wondering where the best place to buy short black uggs is, although after reading these posts i seem to have fallen for the chocolate ones too!! do they go with as much as what the black ones do?? i dont want to only be able to wear them with certain outfits!! eeek!! please someone help me!! i just want my feet to be cosy!! thanx!!

Has anybody got a pair of the Canterburys and a pair of Uggs? If so how do they compare? Is the sheepskin just as thick and soft in the Canterburys?
Also could somebody post a picture of their Canterbury boots, as I would love to see some close up pics before I order some. I have bought too many pairs of sheepskin boots where the sheepskin just isn't thick enough, so I want to know that I'm doing the right thing this time.

    Thanks

    Hayley
