Ugg Boots from £62 delivered

hi, i've just looked at the canterbury boots on hartings website and they look o.k, i bought the aussie direct chestnut uggs but am not happy with them so am now looking for a replacement. I really like uggs but not so keen on prices, so have decided that if i can get a cheaper pair with the same quality and comfort i'm happy, it's a bonus if they have some sort of label on the back so at least i don't look like i'm wearing cheapy ones when i've paid good money for them, i don't usually spend alot on anything (like a good bargain) but thought i'd treat myself to abit of comfort and luxury for once for the cold morning school runs. Do the canterbury boots fit the same as the ugg ones, i need a size 6 (U.K) in uggs and they fit quite snug but comfortable, wouldn't want to have to return for exchange, and are they as fluffy and comfy as uggs? i've also been looking at Justsheepskin.com, and tried them on in Binns, they are exactly like uggs,£95 for tall ones and much easier returns if there's a problem, just a quick trip to town, but the canterburys are only £65 but not sure whether to take a chance them or not, anyone got any feedback on them? think i'll stop rambling now and boring you all, go and make a hot chocolate:D
If you are not fussy with the "ugg" label, Celtic Sheepskin have really nice boots - the quality is excellent - I have a chestnut pair from there I bought last year and I have just bought my 3yo 2 pairs of the kids boots. They are a lot cheaper than "ugg australia".

I have just ordered my 1st pair of Ugg boots from Aussie Direct, I ordered the ultra womens short Ugg boot in sand.
Having just read the last few posts on here I am now worried what the quality of the boots are going to be like as there are so many people saying that only the chocolate Uggs are any good.
Having just forked out £75.00 and as they are my 1st pair of Uggs I really don't want to be disapointed.
If anyone could give me a bit of advice or reassurance I would really appreciate it.0 -
Evening all! Read most the posts on this forum and in serious need of advice! I understand that uggs tend to be cheaper from Aussie direct and most ppl have bought them from there but the quality isn't great. Is that safe to say? Do you still get the 5% discount on your next purchase that others mentioned earlier?
Other ppl have also mentioned Hartings but they're slightly more expensive and you don't get the ugg box. Are they better quality than Aussie direct tho? And free from customs and tax like aussie direct?
Also has anyone bought from ugg australia in the us? Looked at the website and they seem to be cheaper but looks like you get stung with shipping and possibly tax and customs?
I'm so sorry bout all the questions but want to make sure I'm happy and reassured when I order! Any advice/assistance would be much appreciated!
Thanks in anticipation! Angel x0 -
I got mine from Hartings and was really pleased with their service. I didn't get charged any customs taxes and my boots look much better quality than some of the photos posted on here from AD. I really love my boots which are the tall chestnut ones. The stitching is perfect and they have the made in China label. I'm so pleased that I've ordered a pair of black ones yesterday.
I hope this is of some help.0 -
For those of you that are happy with ugg style boots, rather than uggs australia, why don't you take a look in M&S and Next both of whom are selling them. They are likely to be good quality from these shops too.
Those Next ones give nothing like the comfort of Ugg Australis they r not all thicky and fleecy on the inside....0 -
I have ordered mine from www.hartings.co.nz, and I am waiting on them being delivered today. They are the short chestnut ones and they ost me £89.22 inc delivery.
However I would have ordered them from www.taylorshoes.com, as they are cheaper but they didnt have my size in stock.0 -
Has anyone else had dye come out of their black UGG's that has stained their feet black?
Should it even do that, or have I got a pair of fakes???“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
For anyone who can fit into anything less than a UK5, you can get kids short classic inc shipping for approx £65 on REI.com I ordered a pair for a friend and the you get an email for 15% off next purchase so I ordered my mother in law a pair for £55 inc shipping they have chestnut ones in stock at the moment.
They do sell ladies short for about £60 and talls for about £75 plus shipping so if you were going to buy 2 pairs order the 1st pair then wait till you get the 15% off welcome email for the next purchase.
I have tracking numbers for both, they are on their way.0 -
jasmineswhiskers wrote: »The chocolate ones definately look a much better quality/finish than the other two. The stitching above the binding is neat and tidy. On the chestnut pair it looks like the binding has glue around it where it meets the sole. The patterns on the sole have larger sunbursts on the chestnut and black. Where the two 'r's meet the spacing is wider. Loads of other subtle differences if you look carefully. Does this mean they are fake?? Who knows anymore.0
