15 year old fussy eater

So has he eaten these foods before and has just changed recently? Could he be worried about his weight or spots for example?
I wouldn't make a deal out of it. Cook the family meal and if he doesn't eat it he doesn't eat it. At 15 he can sort himself out something if he is still hungry. It would be a shame to start a problem over something like food. Just explain that you can't start making special meals for everyone and its setting a bad example to others.0 -
My son was fussy as a baby being weaned and I was worried about him getting adequate nutrients but the health visitor just said to give him vitamins. He liked to drink milk and it certainly did not stunt his growth.0
