Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th September 2015 - What small debt free things will you do to

Hi All
Thanks for starting us off Bob.
Already done loads today, 3 loads of washing put away, changed all the beds last night. All ironed and in airing cupboard and looking snug. Had to get a kind friend to suggest ways of removing dried on tea stains. Love people who can do stuff like that.
Off to visit DS and DGS later. I had meant to make stuff to take, but my life has got away from me. Well, flapjack would have only made them fat!
Internet is already starting to play up, as it does here, so if I manage to post this it will probably be my last until monday. Have a good weekend all. I am posting this whilst sitting snugly with tea and watching Joan Hickson as Miss Marple. Total joy.

Good Morning Everyone
Been up for a while but been playing with the little ones. Reading the school but and doing key words with dd1.Just popping on here, having one more cup of tea and then ill get to it!
Re yesterday Posts - I no longer use eBay to sell. Its just too much hassle now especially with the fees etc Plus a lot of things sell for 99p due to postage being £2.80, where as you get much £££ on local pages. On a whole I've not had too many problems. Its only just large items, people say yes to the bargain when they don't actually have any way of collecting it!
May have too get some porridge back in the cupboard too!

I've been paying bits and bots off for years, being nearly debt free then adding to the card (due to husband). It was just over a year ago that I had my just light bulb moment, not just debt but a lot of things involving my life. I left my husband then just scrimped and saved to clear it. There was £3500 on cards but about another £500 of bits here and there.Debt Free Since 05/09/2015Breath out the past, breath in the future Big Dreams Start Small0 -

And thanks for starting us off Bob. I'm currently sitting freezing my butt off in a leisure centre while my kids do gymnastics. First time I have accessed from my phone - it's a bit more faff than the laptop. I may pop over and look at the PAD thread once I get home.
Woke up at 7ish this morning with a bit of a hangover, which serves me right really. As a result I'm aiming for a day of peace and quiet. Unfortunately Saturday is kids sports clubs day...
 take DS to football match

Speak monday xx0 -
Hi to everyone on this sunny Saturday ( well, it's sunny here).
My day got off to a cracking start! I was having my early morning dog walk, on a different route to usual - the fields are too muddy, and I avoid the streets at a weekend due to the 'debris' (polite word) left behind by late night revellers. The first thing I found was a lovely £10 note - I couldn't believe my eyes! Just a few minutes later, I came across a football sized puffball. Just in case no-one knows, they are absolutely delicious, sliced into 'steaks' & fried in a little olive oil.
Have a good weekend!
