hi just popped in to see how you are, and to check out the details you mentioned on the CBT earlier :)

The CBT is done through an Australian site called MoodGYM, I have done the initial blurb bits but I need to have energy to do the work bits :o, meanwhile I need to get a book read and some notes done on three chapters this weekend (ready for an on-line book club as I am running the discussion for a week starting on Wednesday )

Hmm put a pound on this week , other than that nothing much has been happening, I am typing up the stuff for leading the on-line discussion this week on Murder Must Advertise and once that is done I want to type up some new recipes on my recipe blog.

This weekend I need to read another book ready for Thursday night (that is an in person book club!) and I want to get going fully on the MoodGym stuff :o, as well as this I want to get a beer kit and a wine kit started off (that is more for Dr Dragon to do than me) and get another bag ready for the Charity Shop (having got rid of some trousers, skirts and blouses I just know I will never wear :( - skirts in particular are pretty much a no go at the moment with my swollen left leg and for a while I will be wearing mis-matched compression socks which won't help matters either :p)

sounds like you're busy with lots more to add to the list.
Hope the books are enjoyable. I would love to be part of a book club but one thing that worries me is what would happen if i just didn't like the book i was set to read.

Last month the one that meets at the pub, every single one of us had given up on the book we had to read lol

h'okay not much has been happening here, but I am getting on with my reading for the reading groups (2 down and 1 to go!), I actually lost some weight this week :j and put the money in my savings account (there is all if £9 in there for buying some new clothes as I get slimmer :rotfl:),

    So plans

    1. finish third book
    2. start more crochet
    3. translate a crochet pattern from US to UK :o
    4. type up recipes
    5. bag for the charity shop

well done for the weight loss, it's all good. I may just put a £1 aside for each lb i lose, won't be rich at the end of it i'm sure.

May not be rich at the end of the weight loss journey but you will feel better AND will have some money to treat yourself with!

Okay - tomorrow I kick-start everything again! My weight is still waaaaay too high, my debt is not clearing as fast as I would like and the house is a tip

So with that in mind I could be posting lists on here again :o, I will be tracking my food, I will start debt busting with renewed vigour! :p Provided I haven't collapsed by the end of the week then things should be improving :D
