Sorry I haven't been around but things have gone a little pear shaped, weight is stuck, I am throwing up with stress over the changes to disability payments (oh and feeling suicidal
), I am too sore to do anything around the house and the numbness in my right hand has got worse.
BUT I have wangled a free haircut and the sweep has been and we are fine to burn wood at home for another year- oh and this year The Furry Dragon (tm) can have his boosters and kennel cough at the same time (saving money
), I think this week is wiped out but I plan to kick off again next week and I have plans of what I need/want to do in June to sort out as well!

oh heck Dragon, that's horrible for you. I hope it all gets sorted out soon. Hope you've stopped throwing up it's not good for you.
well done for getting the hair cut, and for being able to burn wood again for another year. A few positives amongst all the madness.0 -
Sorry to hear that stress is making you ill. They haven't stopped your money have they? or is it the worry of what may happen?..I wish they would realise the amount of stress and trauma that they put sick people through..hope everything is sorted for you soon and that you manage to stop being sick0

Not stopped my money yet, it is ... as you say ... the worry, as I said to Dr Dragon I had just got settled, no more worries and I could concentrate on trying to do what I could and then they change the rules again and all the stress kicks off again.
Dr Dragon tells me not to worry but when your world is ruled by your pain it is hard not to, ah well I will try and get some bits done today and go on from there!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

hi Dragon,
so sorry to hear that you're finding it hard to cope with everything at the moment. I know it's hard not to worry about stuff, but try to visualise / imagine that all will be well & then deal with each situation as it actually occurs rather trying to premept it.
Easier said than done I know, but you will save yourself some angst if you can try to just focus on each day as it arrives, rather than how it may arrive.
Sending positive vibes & hopefulness

Okay this week my next payment on my CC goes out, this is the first month in forever that I haven't put something on there as well so I am quite pleased with that!
I plan to get back on the Ration Book diet, I am a lardy Dragon at the moment and I go away in 47 days  and whilst there is no way on the Goddess's green earth that I am going to be svelte and fit again getting back on track is a must
As well as this I also plan on getting some bits done around the house, crippling pain not withstanding (roll on taking pain killers a-gogo!), I want to get my crochet finished (and some of the Art of Crochet squares made up ... hmm or do I see what colours I have and make a sweater in stripes?)
1. Track my food
2. Shopping list
3. Shopping
4. Re-cycling out
5. Empty bins
6. Clean the privy
7. Clean the bathroom sink
8. Clean the kitchen sink
9. Clean the stove top
10. Clear my desk
11. Finish crocheting fingerless mitts
12. Stitch up fingerless mitts
13. Order yarn from Yarnscape
14. Mend joggers
15. Filing -
16. Postcards away - done
17. Send postcrossing cards
18. Plan proper cleaning lists (and update WitchesCleanSupreme)
19. Order underwear - end of the week
20. Order beer/wine kits - might wait until June - see how I am doing at the end of the week for cash!!
21. Plan what needs to be done for June
22. Go to docs
23. Art of Crochet filed - done
24. Send Magazine to Marie
25. Send first item off to Ghost stitchers
This last one is because my hand is getting no better and with the pain I can't concentrate on stitching - I have 5 big projects that I really want to get done and if this means paying for it to be done then that is my treat!
Other things may change, get added, subtracted as the week progresses! :rotfl:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
