HI Dragon..lovely to see you about...please don't be too hard on yourself.I share your frustration with the housework and have now come to realise that I can only do it in very small steps with a big rest inbtween those steps..maybe this could work for you.
As for debt not going down as quick as you'd like ..you are doing great getting down at all especially with all the price increases on everything
And as for your weight..gosh it's hard to lose when we can't be active and that coupled with your thyroid problems is jolly hard work but doable..so as I say nothing to beat yourself up over...take care x

Thanks Taxi - re the housework, gone are the days when I could blitz the house in a morning and then just keep on top for the rest of the week - I am lucky some days if I can do anything! So yes small bits and rests are the way I have to go, if I could lose some weight things would get easier but losing weight is the hardest bit - ah well I have about 20 weeks before I am next away so even if I could lose a pound a week that would be brilliant! But shall we say that I ain't holding my breath on that one :rotfl:

Have a bit of faith in yourself ..I have every faith in you just take it one day at a time and before you know it you'll be there.

hi Dragon glad to see you posting again and i look forward to reading your lists. I had literally only just been thinking of you this morning.
I have no excuses and find houswork a struggle, you at least try your best.

Thanks LT, I would post more often if my right hand would stop feeling numb! It makes typing interesting to say the least

Housework ain't happening today, Dr Dragon is off sick and stirring dust up will only make him worse - ah well at least I can write the list of what needs doing and make phone calls

Thanks Bob! I will confess another day of NOT doing housework suits me down to the ground :rotfl:but it does need doing as I wouldn't dare open the door to anyone just at the moment!

A friend doesn't look at the house- or they come armed with offers to help... I have days like that though, i find the best way to put folk off from calling is to have an unmown garden and DS who leaves rubbish from BBQ- they will take one look and then hoof it.

Minor problem, we don't have a front garden, the living room opens straight onto the pavement , hence the need to clear things up

You need the little Dragon to bark a lot at them or put chain on the door and they can't get past you..;)
