    Thanks folks :D

    Dr Dragon still off work today but feeling a bit better (keeps going dizzy so didn't want to risk driving :eek:), he is doing some work from home just so he feels better about not being in. Me I feel carp again :p and the hand is still numb and has been for about two months now - so looking for an acupuncturists as that helped a bit.

    Weight - I know you shouldn't weigh in daily but I do :o and this morning I was 2 pounds down :j, another 5 has me below 23 stone and 7 will take me below 320 pounds - so those are my first two targets.

    Okay having some soup and then will try and clear the sofa :eek::eek::eek::eek: wish me luck!

    yay to being 2lb's down that's great. Good luck for your targets i'm sure you'll achieve them. You have enough determination to achieve everything you aim at.

    I hope so - I am getting fed up of life throwing the proverbial spanner in the works!

    Okay when I weighed in I was 4 pounds down from my post holiday weight :j, over the last week I have

    1. Got everything unpacked and away
    2. Got up to date on laundry
    3. Done the filing I have been putting off for AGES :eek:
    4. cleared the sofa of carp (well pretty much - I have a bag of stuff to go to the CS and an envelope to post out)
    5. Read the BBC news article on how many people atos are claiming can work and panicked!
    6. cleaned the loo and bathroom sink
    tomorrow I need to do the kitchen sink and stove top and then I can crochet :p

    well done on losing 4lb that's fab! you must be so pleased. I seem to have just loaded my sofa up with carp as i've been sorting paperwork, best get it put away before OH gets home lol oh heck just realised he gets home whilst i'm out so i'd best do the washing up as well.

    Thanks LT - one more thing off the sofa, the envelope has been posted out :D, the walk to to PO/Pub and back has knocked me out though :mad:
