Had my heating on all afternoon today. Because of a medical condition I feel the cold dreadfully & after bundling myself up with a thick jacket-like cardigan & still feeling chilled, I decided that I didn't want to be cold & miserable any longer & switched on the heating. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Yep, turned my heating on today for a short while. Looks like Summers over(if you can call it that)0

I'm not even close to putting it on yet, but then I don't feel the cold too much (to me it's still quite warm!)0

Heating not on yet, but have had the odd water bottle to cuddle here and there in the last week (I feel the cold terribly, whereas hubby is never cold)0

Never actually switch it off! Just turn the thermostat down, but must admit it has been coming on over the last few days so it must be chilly! So much for a negligible bill this summer.Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0

Have been very tempted, and I nearly put the fire on but DD2 prancing round dressed as a fairy so I didn't want her to catch fire. Think I'll have to settle for a hot chocolate with brandy in it. Yummy!0
