    I spent my £40 gift card the day it arrived on PS4 game I was going to order anyway for a Christmas pressie so was very pleased.

    I did have a problem using the £10 code on a subsequent purchase even though I made sure the item was fulfilled by Amazon - for some reason it kept telling me the code wasn't recognised. I contacted Amazon via 'live chat' and they sorted it all out for me straight away - getting me to complete the transaction and then they applied the £10 manually to my account from the other end. If anyone else has a similar problem I'd suggest live chat to sort it out.

  • I ordered my £40 gift card on Sept 11 and it is showing (now well over 2 weeks later) "Not yet dispatched Delivery estimate: We need a little more time to provide you with a good estimate."!!!
    When I email them they say they are awaiting stock of the item!!!
    I have not received my £10 promo code either and the deadline is getting closer, when I have to have used it!
    There should be no delay as they just send me the voucher code. Others here have had their codes within 24hrs. Why are Amazon delaying mine?
    Anyone else experiencing this strange behaviour?

    Lots of people didn't received their code until they chased amazon. Try getting in touch with them to query it:
