I chased Amazon when I'd not heard anything about my £10 code and the chat advisor told me that the details originally given are wrong. It's not 24hrs from when you purchase; it's actually 24hrs from dispatch. At that point they told me to chase them again if I'd not received it within the next 2 hours (being that I was 22hrs after dispatch at that point) and sure enough it arrived about 2 hours later.
  • Ordered on Monday and got the card delivered on Wednesday. I got the promo code on Wednesday. The original email to me said I had to purchase the gift cards by Aug 31st. However I simply checked if I qualified still this week and I had no problem at all.

I placed an order Tuesday evening, due for delivery today. No sign of the £40 gift card yet, but I've just received the £10 promotional credit.

I bought the gift voucher on Tuesday evening, arrived in post on Wednesday and my £10 code was in my emails when I checked on Wednesday evening. I don't usually get any of these 'deals' so really pleased to have been included in this one!
