EXPIRED Amazon £10 refund on a £40 Gift Card, ends 26th September

No voucher code yet. I ordered on 2/09/15. Vouchers sent in two separate deliveries on different days and payments taken separately too. I have no idea why.

The offer refers to *cards*

I don't know whether they make the distinction for this offer but they might.

The £10 voucher can only be used for items in the "Amazon.co.uk online catalogue" which is fair enough; but how do I search only for such items?

Can't see anything about catalogue, it states this on my email code.........The £10 promotional code can be spent on products sold by Amazon on Amazon.co.uk until 11 November, 2015.
