No voucher code yet. I ordered on 2/09/15. Vouchers sent in two separate deliveries on different days and payments taken separately too. I have no idea why.

They're lying to you. I bought a £40 email version and got the £10 code. It said on the page that to qualify you just need to buy £40 worth of cards on that page which included both physical and electronic cards.

The electronic ones are *vouchers*, not *cards*

    The offer refers to *cards*

I don't know whether they make the distinction for this offer but they might.

    Just curious
We have 'ordered' the code - how do we know when it arrives?

So, what's the best way to contact them to give them a nudge??
  • The £10 voucher can only be used for items in the "Amazon.co.uk online catalogue" which is fair enough; but how do I search only for such items?

Can't see anything about catalogue, it states this on my email code.........The £10 promotional code can be spent on products sold by Amazon on Amazon.co.uk until 11 November, 2015.

No - see T&C, which state: One Promo Code per customer/primary e-mail address.
