Been three days so far and no sign of code ~ awaiting reply from Amazon.0

Customer services got back to me and confirmed the code, as well as me receiving automatically in the meantime. Worth contacting them if it's over 48 hours.0

I wonder if I can do this several times or just a one off? I ill be buying an item for £300 soon, I have bought £40 voucher and received £10 code once, would it work again ?0

Have to give it a try

Re using it several times there is only one way to find out, try it.0 -
I bought a £30 and £10 email gift card ! Didn't receive a £10 reward and email. Told that to qualify I should have bought the physical gift cards and not the email version. I was told to purchase a further gift card and would be reimbursed £10!
I replied saying I felt this was unacceptable and have now been provided with £10 promotional credit. Been a lot of unnecessary hassle, not sure if really worth it....0 -

They're lying to you. I bought a £40 email version and got the £10 code. It said on the page that to qualify you just need to buy £40 worth of cards on that page which included both physical and electronic cards.0 -
Mine arrived after 48 hours! I got two dispatch notes, as I bought 4x£10 and the code didn't arrive until after 24 hours after the second dispatch email.I seldom end up where I wanted to go, but almost always end up where I need to be0

Ordered £40 card on Wednesday and still not received £10 code.0

I've also been waiting since Thursday, so just been online chat and Amazon have confirmed a £10 promo credit has been applied. It's probably worth noting though that you won't be able to see this balance under your gift card balance. However when you will place an qualifying order it will be automatically applied on your order.0
