Just want to say a big thank you to everyone who contributed to my (perhaps naive) questions. I really appreciate it - it's easier asking questions on here, and then I can pretend I know about things when talking to my peers......Now got to decide whether to wait, in the hope, John Lewis will reduce the price on this tv........lives in hope!! Thanks, again!0

Just a quickie to say that if you're staying with JL for the customer service I can recommend Plusnet as a provider that only has call centres in the UK and are very helpful.
Not affiliated with them in any way, just a satisfied customer. Other opinions may vary0 -
JL uses Plusnet as its supplier.0
