    Hiya everyone :hello:

That's me back from my holidays. Had a good one in Ibiza with lots of sun and loads of time with my DS :D

Couple of bits to add. Usual weekly scans, some interest on bank account and money saved on some leather sandals, which were marked at £12.99 in Al*i and went through the till at £7.99 :j So altogether £22.81 added.

This now leaves me just £5.30 to reach target this month so will have to crack on the morrow.

Trust you all enjoying the late sunshine and saw the lunar moon.

Hope you have a marvellous money-making Monday

Hi lynne, was thinking about you today and wondering how your holiday was going.

good to hear you had a good time.

Isn't the lunar moon at 3.45am? I seen people talking about it on facebook, but will be asleep by then.

Just trying to sort out a few things for DH before I go to bed.

Yes - it was a really great holiday and very much needed :)

Sorry - should have said supermoon- it's the night when the full moon is closest to the earth due to it's orbit - think it's the best one of the year tonight and really seemed huge when it arose.

However, unusually there is an eclipse of the moon as well tonight and that is about 3.00 am. I won't see it either as my bed is definitely 'shouting' at me now :rotfl:

    Night all

  • Hi, I need a kick up the bum please! managed to go from debt free to mortgaged for £219K with a full CC at £8K and a loan for £14K! bought my first home and it needed unexpected repairs to floors and a new boiler! Haven't been able to get a job in the year I have lived in new area... so... in desperate need of a kitty for xmas and a good flow of cash to help the CC clear... at the moment the interest is the same as the monthly payments! grrrr...

please may i come back with my tail between my legs, albeit in a home of my own...

I will start in octobers thread with a hopeful £620...

fingers crossed! Going hard at it for the double... with hope and good wishes to you all on this moonlit night. x

  • Good Morning,

Well done to everyone on their money making. Nothing extra to report here. I had some ebay sales (not much money) but I've ended up using some of that to get me through the end of the month and the rest will probably go on fees so won't bother counting that. Not sure what others do but I am only counting money that I can physically set aside i.e. cash or if I get something like a voucher/coupon that I would use anyway then I'll set aside cash amount. All this is going on my credit card.

Started planning ahead for October challenge. Got an ebay offer to add on another 30 free listings and 25% off final value fees on listings that go up by the end of today so added 10 items on yesterday and have another 20 looked out to add on for today. I'll be able to add my other 20 free listings in October so with 50 listings I am hoping for some better ebay sales in October. Waiting on money from WeBuyBooks which will probably be added to my October total.

From advice on this forum i have also signed up to Free postcode Lottery, Lucky Phone and Ashleigh MoneySaver Daily Prize Draw so I'll keep checking those. Thanks to all those who post these ideas :) I am looking forward to trying this again next month.
